These terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales of ODAJE products to consumers through www.odaje.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions of sale in their entirety. They take precedence over any other terms and conditions of sale unless expressly accepted by the seller.

Items shown on the website are available while stocks last. If an order for an unavailable item is placed or payment for it is collected, Odaje undertakes to offer store credit or refund the customer within 15 days. Odaje undertakes to notify by email any customer who has ordered an unavailable item.

The prices applicable to orders are those displayed on www.odaje.com when the order is placed. Prices include all taxes, exclude delivery charges and are governed by French law. The seller may change prices at any time without notice, particularly in the event of changes to tax or economic conditions. Ordered items must be paid for online in euros. Any bank charges incurred in making payment are payable by the customer. Delivered goods remain the property of the seller until payment has been made in full. Online payment can be made by bank card through PayPlug, using a PayPal account, or in three instalments through Alma. Our secure Payplug platform accepts all European and international Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. This includes Electron (Visa), Maestro (Mastercard) and Bancontact cards. We also accept all French CB network cards, even if they are not affiliated with Visa or MasterCard. Customers may also pay for their orders through the secure PayPal platform. These platforms comply with the applicable regulations of the accepted card networks.

The invoice is sent to the customer at the address provided when placing the order. The applicable price is the price in effect when the customer places the order. Odaje accepts no liability for errors made when entering customer information during the ordering process.
