LEGAL NOTICE

Our terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales of Odaje products to consumers through www.odaje.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions of sale in full. They take precedence over any other terms and conditions of sale unless the seller expressly agrees otherwise.

The order

Items displayed on the website are available while stocks last. If a charge is initiated or collected for an order containing an unavailable item, Odaje undertakes to offer a credit note or refund the customer within 15 days. Odaje undertakes to notify customers by email if they have ordered an unavailable item.

Prices and payments

The prices applicable to orders are those displayed on www.odaje.com when the order is placed. Prices include all taxes, exclude delivery charges and are governed by French law. The seller may change prices at any time without notice, particularly if tax or economic conditions change. Ordered items must be paid for online in euros. Any bank charges arising from payment are payable by the customer. Delivered goods remain the seller’s property until payment has been received in full. Online payment can be made by bank card or using a PayPal account. The payment methods accepted through our secure Payplug platform are all European and international Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. This includes Electron (Visa) and Maestro (Mastercard) cards. We also accept all French cards in the CB network, even if they are not affiliated with Visa or MasterCard. Customers may also pay for their orders through the secure PayPal platform. These platforms comply with the applicable rules of the accepted card networks.

Availability

Odaje does not intend to sell the products offered in large quantities. Odaje therefore reserves the right to refuse orders for large quantities of the same product, starting from 3 identical items.
Our product offers are valid for as long as the products are displayed on the website, subject to stock availability, excluding promotional offers identified as such on the websites. If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be cancelled automatically and your bank account will not be charged.

Invoicing

The invoice is sent to the customer at the address provided when placing the order. The applicable price is the price in effect when the customer places the order. Odaje accepts no responsibility for errors made when entering customer information during the ordering process.

Delivery and shipping

Items are delivered within 1 to 7 working days of the order being placed throughout mainland France. This timeframe is indicative and may vary depending on item availability. A delay beyond this timeframe cannot under any circumstances be held against Odaje or give rise to termination of the contract or any compensation for damages. If goods have not been delivered within one month of the order date, Odaje will refund them by cheque or bank transfer. Parcels are delivered by the postal service or an express courier to the address provided when the order was placed. Odaje therefore cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Risk passes to the customer when the goods are delivered. Odaje cannot be held liable for failure to fulfil its contractual obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to war, riots, insurrection, transport disruption, import problems, strikes, shortages, fire, earthquakes, storms or flooding.

The customer must include an explanatory letter and the goods concerned in their original packaging. Odaje undertakes to accept the return of, exchange or refund defective goods, but will not be liable to pay compensation. Shipping costs are payable by the customer.

Right of withdrawal

For products purchased online, customers have 15 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to exercise their right to withdraw from the order. This period begins on the date of the postmark or the receipt confirming that the goods have been made available. A return or cancellation may cover all or part of an order.
