ODAJE x IZIPIZI prize draw rules

1 – ORGANISING COMPANIES

ONAPP SAS, trading as "ODAJE", registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under no. 750923385, whose registered office is at 32 rue de Paradis, 75010 PARIS, FRANCE,

and

IZIPIZI SAS, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 524 478 138, whose registered office is at 19 rue de Calais, 75009 PARIS, FRANCE

are organising a prize draw from 7 to 14 May 2025, accessible on the website https://www.odaje.com/ and through the Instagram accounts of Odaje @odaje_paris and Izipizi @izipizi_paris.

The information provided by participants may be used only by ONAPP SAS and IZIPIZI SAS.


 

2 – ENTRY

To enter the prize draw, participants must either:

  • visit the website https://www.odaje.com/ and the dedicated prize draw page;
  • visit the Odaje Instagram account @odaje_paris and the post dedicated to the prize draw;
  • visit the Izipizi Instagram account @izipizi_paris and the post dedicated to the prize draw.

On the website https://www.odaje.com/: between 7 and 14 May 2025, participants must provide their personal information. Participants may complete the dedicated page on the website only once during the prize draw period.

On Instagram: between 7 and 14 May 2025, participants must follow the Odaje Instagram account @odaje_paris and the Izipizi account @izipizi_paris, and tag an Instagram account other than their own in a comment.

By doing so, participants will automatically be entered into a draw held on 15 May 2025, in which one participant will win the prizes described in "3_PRIZES TO BE WON".

Entry to the prize draw is open to any adult individual residing in metropolitan France or Belgium who has an email address or an Instagram account, except permanent or temporary members of the organising companies, their suppliers and anyone who has had professional contact with the organising companies in connection with this promotion.

The entry deadline is Wednesday 14 May 2025 at 11:59 pm CET (GMT+1) Europe/Paris. Entries posted and/or received after the closing date and time will not be considered.

Entering under a false identity, providing false information or entering under multiple identities will result in disqualification. Entries will also be invalid if they are incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent or submitted in breach of these rules.


 

3 – PRIZES TO BE WON

The winner will receive an Odaje x Izipizi prize bundle comprising: 

  1. a pair of IZIPIZI adult sunglasses

  2. a pair of IZIPIZI children’s sunglasses

  3. a pair of Odaje adult trainers

  4. a pair of Odaje children’s trainers 

In the event of force majeure or if circumstances require, the organising companies reserve the right to replace the prizes won with others of equivalent nature and value.

Winners may not claim the cash equivalent of the prizes won or request that they be exchanged for other goods or services, even if they decide to refuse them or withdraw from the prize draw.


 

4 – WINNER SELECTION

The result of the prize draw will be announced on Thursday 15 May 2025.

One person will be selected at random and named the winner of the prize draw.

The winner will be contacted by private message on Instagram and asked to respond within 72 hours. If the winner does not respond within that time, they will forfeit the right to claim the prize.

By accepting the prize, the winner authorises the organiser to use their name and place of residence in any promotional campaign conducted on the organiser’s website and any other affiliated media, without entitlement to any payment other than the prize awarded.


 

5 – LIABILITY OF THE ORGANISING COMPANIES

The organising companies have the right to shorten, extend, amend or cancel this prize draw if exceptional circumstances require. They will not be liable as a result. They will not be liable, and no action may be brought against them, in the event of force majeure that partially or wholly prevents a winner from enjoying their prize.

In particular, the organising companies cannot be held liable for any tangible or intangible damage caused to participants, their computer equipment or the data stored on it, or for any resulting consequences for their personal, professional or commercial activities.

The organising companies cannot be held liable if one or more participants are unable to connect to the website https://www.instagram.com due to a technical fault or any other issue, including network congestion. The prize draw is neither organised nor sponsored by Instagram, which bears no liability for its organisation or its conduct towards participants, as participants expressly acknowledge and accept.


 

6 – RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION

The personal data collected as part of the prize draw—surname, first name, postal address (winner only) and email address (winner only)—are collected by ONAPP SAS to manage entries, select the winner and award the prizes. In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, participants have the right to access, rectify and erase information concerning them and, where applicable, to object to its processing. Anyone who can provide proof of identity may exercise these rights by writing to: ONAPP SAS; 32 rue de Paradis, 75010 PARIS, FRANCE, or by emailing contact@odaje.com. Providing the requested data is mandatory. Participants are informed that their entry will not be validated if they object to the collection of their personal data or request its deletion. Under no circumstances will these data be disclosed or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.


 

7 – APPLICATION OF THE RULES

Before entering, participants must read these rules. By entering, they agree to their terms. Anyone entering the prize draw will be deemed to have accepted these rules in full. Any issue concerning the application or interpretation of these rules, or any matter not covered by them, will be decided by the organisers. Any fraud or attempted fraud by a participant in this prize draw will result in disqualification and may lead to legal proceedings. These rules are governed by French law. Any issue concerning their interpretation and any dispute will be decided in the final instance by the Organiser or by the competent courts under French law.


 

8 – INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The images used on the prize draw page, the objects depicted, the brands and trade names mentioned, and the graphic and digital elements and databases making up the prize draw page are the exclusive property of their respective owners. They may not be extracted, reproduced or used without the owners’ written permission, failing which civil and/or criminal proceedings may be brought.
