1 – ORGANISING COMPANIES
ONAPP SAS, trading name ‘ODAJE’, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under no. 750923385, with its registered office at 32 rue de Paradis 75010 PARIS, FRANCE,
and
IZIPIZI SAS, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under SIREN number 524 478 138, whose registered office is located at 19 rue de Calais 75009 PARIS, FRANCE
are organising a giveaway from 7 to 14 May 2025, accessible on the https://www.odaje.com/ website and on the Odaje @odaje_paris and Izipizi @izipizi_paris Instagram accounts.
The information provided by Participants may be used solely by ONAPP SAS and IZIPIZI SAS.
2 – PARTICIPATION
To take part in the giveaway, participants must either:
- visit the website https://www.odaje.com/ and the page dedicated to the giveaway;
- visit Odaje’s Instagram account @odaje_paris and the post dedicated to the giveaway;
- visit Izipizi's Instagram account @izipizi_paris and the post dedicated to the giveaway.
On the https://www.odaje.com/ website: between 7 and 14 May 2025, participants will have to fill in the information about themselves. Participants will only be able to complete the dedicated page on the website once, for the duration of the giveaway.
On Instagram: between 7 and 14 May 2025, participants must follow the Odaje @odaje_paris and Izipizi @izipizi_paris Instagram accounts and tag an Instagram account other than their own in a comment.
By doing so, participants will automatically be entered into a prize draw to be held on 15 May 2025, which will give one of them the chance to win the prizes described in ‘3 PRIZES TO WIN’.
Participation in the giveaway is open to any person of legal age, residing in mainland France or Belgium, who holds an e-mail address or an Instagram account, with the exception of permanent or occasional members of the organising companies, its suppliers and anyone who has had professional contact with the organising companies for this operation.
The closing date for entries is Wednesday 14 May 2025 at 23:59 CET (GMT+1) Europe/Paris. Entries posted and/or received after the closing date and time will not be taken into account.
Registration under a false identity or providing false information or registering under several identities will result in the entry being cancelled. In addition, entries to the giveaway will be cancelled if they are incomplete, erroneous, counterfeit or made in a way that contravenes these rules.
3 – PRIZES TO BE WON
The winner will receive an Odaje x Izipizi prize consisting of :
1 pair of IZIPIZI adult sunglasses
1 pair of IZIPIZI children's sunglasses
1 pair of Odaje adult sneakers
1 pair of Odaje children's sneakers
In the event of force majeure or if circumstances so require, the organising companies reserve the right to replace the prizes won with others of an equivalent nature and value.
The winners may not claim the cash equivalent of the prizes won or ask for them to be exchanged for other goods and services, even if they decide to refuse them or withdraw from the giveaway.
4 – SELECTION OF THE WINNER
The result of the giveaway will be announced on Thursday 15 May 2025.
One person will be drawn at random and designated as the winner of the giveaway.
The winner will be contacted by private message on Instagram. They will be asked to reply within 72 hours. If the winner does not respond within this period, they will lose the right to claim the prize.
By accepting the prize, the winner authorises the organiser to use his/her name and place of residence in any promotional campaign conducted on the organiser's website and on any other affiliated media, without entitling the winner to any remuneration other than the prize awarded.
5 – RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANISING COMPANIES
The organising companies have the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel this giveaway if exceptional circumstances so require. They shall not be held liable in this respect. They shall not be held liable and no action shall be taken in the event of force majeure partially or totally depriving the winner of his/her prize.
More specifically, the organising companies shall not be held liable for any damage, whether material or immaterial, caused to participants, their computer equipment and the data stored therein, and for the consequences that may arise from this on their personal, professional or commercial activity.
Nor shall the organising companies be held liable in the event that one or more participants are unable to connect to the https://www.instagram.com website due to any technical fault or problem related in particular to network congestion. The giveaway is neither organised nor sponsored by Instagram, which accepts no responsibility for its organisation or behaviour towards participants, which the latter expressly acknowledge and accept.
6 – RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION
The personal data collected as part of the giveaway, surname, first name, postal address (only for the winner), e-mail address (only for the winner) are collected by ONAPP SAS to manage participation in the giveaway, designate the winner and award the prizes. In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, participants have the right to access, rectify, delete and, where applicable, object to the processing of information concerning them. Any person providing proof of identity may exercise this right by sending a request by post to : ONAPP SAS; 32 rue de Paradis 75010 PARIS, FRANCE, or by e-mail to contact@odaje.com. The data collected is compulsory. Participants are informed that their registration will not be validated if they object to the collection of their personal data or request its deletion. In any event, this data will not be communicated or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
7 – APPLICATION OF THE RULES
Before taking part, participants must have read these rules, and their participation implies acceptance of the conditions of these rules. Anyone taking part in the giveaway will be deemed to have accepted these rules in their entirety. Any difficulty in applying or interpreting these rules, or which is not provided for herein, shall be settled by the organisers. Any fraud or attempted fraud in this giveaway by a participant will result in the participant's elimination and may give rise to legal proceedings. These rules are subject to French law. Any difficulty in interpreting these rules and any disputed case will be decided ultimately by the Organiser or by the competent courts under French law.
8 – INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The images used on the page of the giveaway, the objects represented, the trademarks and trade names mentioned, the graphic and computer elements and the databases making up the page of the giveaway are the exclusive property of their respective owners and may not be extracted, reproduced or used without the written authorisation of the latter, on pain of civil and/or criminal prosecution.
