DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT

Items are delivered within 1 to 7 working days from the order date throughout metropolitan France. This period is given as an indication and may vary according to the availability of the articles. Exceeding this time limit may in no case be held against M. Moustache, nor give rise to termination of the contract or any compensation for damages. After a period of one month from the date of dispatch, Mr. Moustache will proceed with the reimbursement of the undelivered goods by bank transfer. Packages are delivered by the Post Office, Mondial Relay or by an express carrier to the address indicated at the time of ordering. Mr Moustache is not able to guarantee a precise delivery time. The transfer of risk takes place at the time of delivery of the goods. M. Moustache cannot be held responsible in the event of non-performance of the contract due to force majeure, in particular, and without limitation, in the event of war, riot, insurrection, interruption of transport, import problems, strikes, shortages, fire, earthquakes, storms or floods.

CONFORMITY AND DEFECTS

The goods must be inspected by the customer upon delivery. Any reservations shall be noted on the delivery note presented by the carrier or may be addressed to contact@m-moustache.com within 48 hours. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it Complaints about visible defects in the goods delivered will only be considered if they are notified by email within 48 hours of delivery.

This email must include an explanatory letter from the customer and the goods in question in their original packaging. Mr. Moustache undertakes to take back, exchange or refund the defective goods, without however being obliged to pay damages. Shipping costs are not covered by the customer.

RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL

For products purchased online, the customer has a period of 15 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal from the order. The postmark or the date of the delivery receipt constitutes the starting point of this period. The return or cancellation may concern all or part of the order. The return costs are at the expense of Mr. Moustache for all returns in France and certain countries of the European Union. For all orders placed outside of these countries, returns are the responsibility of the customer. MOUSTACHE of the return of the goods. The refund is made by bank transfer to the order of the customer in accordance with the information provided at the time of the order. Products returned damaged, incomplete, soiled or without the original packaging will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded. After 15 days from delivery, the goods will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded.
